Agreement

By creating an account on SolidRep you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Subscription

SolidRep is a monthly subscription service. Basic is $19/month with a 30-day free trial; Pro is $49/month with no trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SolidRep only for businesses you own or operate. Monitoring reviews of businesses you have no relationship with is not permitted.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. Review monitoring depends on third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook) and may be affected by their availability or policy changes.

Liability

SolidRep is provided “as-is”. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed reviews, or damages arising from use of the service.
