What we collect

SolidRep collects only what we need to monitor your reviews: your email address, name, business name and location, and any platform URLs (Google Place ID, Yelp URL, Facebook Page ID) you provide.

How we monitor reviews

We read publicly available reviews from Google, Yelp, and (on Pro) Facebook. On the Pro plan, you can connect Google Business Profile via OAuth so we can read reviews and post replies on your behalf. We never post content without your explicit instruction.

Payments

Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We store only the Stripe customer ID and subscription status needed to manage your plan.

Email

We send transactional emails for account changes, review alerts, billing notices, and (optionally) response reminders. You can disable alerts at any time in alert preferences.

Data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cascades to all associated data.
